How We Operate
- Season runs from May through October.
- Fall Cleanup: for Guilderland customers, our two visits occur 2-5 days before the town’s leaf pickup. In Rotterdam, we follow our own schedule based on weather and conditions.
- Spring cleanup: begins in April when weather permits and snow has stopped.
- 18-24 cuts per season based on lawn needs and weather.
- Grass is mowed every 7-10 days during rapid growth and every 10-14 days in slower growth periods.
- We typically cut the grass at the height of 3-4” which varies based on growth and weather
- Grass is kept taller during heat and drought to prevent drying and burning.
- We don’t guarantee that we can cut your grass the same day each week due the unpredictability of weather and external factors.
