How We Operate
- Season runs from November 15 to April 15.
- All Basic Snow customers receive equal priority.
- For small storms (0-6 inches): service begins once snowfall stops, and town plows have cleared the streets.
- For larger storms: start clearing driveways at 4-6 inches and return as needed.
- We will follow up as needed to clear around the mailboxes and for the snow left by town plows at the bottom of the driveway.
- Timing may vary in extreme weather conditions to ensure safe access.
- We provide weather alerts along with updates on our service plans.
- You can opt to receive a text message notification when your driveway is cleared.
- Target service completion times are 9 am and 6 pm, but timing depends on weather conditions and snowfall patterns, which can be unpredictable.
- We do not clear snow off or around cars to avoid damage.
- We do not offer specific service times due to unpredictable weather and our commitment to reliably serving a large number of customers, unlike smaller operations that may not always be dependable.

Pretreatment & Shoveling Services
- Pretreatment (4 to 8 car driveway): $220.00 per season
- Walkway Shoveling: $400.00 per season
- Custom Shoveling (accessible ramp, porch, etc): contact for a quote
